Kelvin Orio is the Managing Partner and Head of Programs at EliteCrater Consulting, where he leads strategic initiatives and delivers professional training in the CIFA and CFA programs.

He began his career in the insurance industry as an Underwriting Officer at Pioneer Assurance before joining the Insurance Regulatory Authority (IRA) as a Consumer Protection Officer. He later transitioned to academia, serving as an ACCA and ABE tutor at INtel College, the University of Sunderland Regional Centre.

Kelvin is a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA), holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science, and has successfully completed Level II of the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Program. He combines extensive industry experience with a passion for developing professionals and helping organizations achieve sustainable growth.

Christine is a finance professional with extensive knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and financial accounting. She is passionate about delivering practical, high-quality solutions and thrives in collaborative, cross-functional environments.

At EliteCrater Consulting, Christine teaches the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) program, combining academic excellence with practical industry experience gained from the banking and insurance sectors.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Sociology from the University of Nairobi and is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the United States International University–Africa (USIU-Africa). Christine is also an ACCA Affiliate, bringing both technical expertise and real-world insights to her training and consulting engagements.

Eggla is an experienced CIFA lecturer with over five years of expertise in professional training and financial education. She is passionate about developing future finance professionals through practical, engaging, and results-oriented learning.

At EliteCrater Consulting, she teaches the Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA) program and Business Data Analytics, leveraging her strong analytical skills and commercial acumen to help learners interpret data and make informed business decisions.

Eggla holds a Bachelor of Science in Actuarial Science, is a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA), and is currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Data Science at the International University of Applied Sciences (IU), Erfurt, Germany. Her expertise bridges finance and data analytics, enabling her to deliver valuable insights and practical solutions for today's data-driven business environment.

Ephraim is an accomplished Financial Modeling and Corporate Finance Expert with over 15 years of experience in finance, training, and business advisory. He specializes in financial modeling, advanced Microsoft Excel, and financial analysis, helping professionals and organizations make sound financial decisions.

At EliteCrater Consulting, Ephraim delivers training in Financial Modeling, Advanced Excel, and Corporate Finance. He has trained over 200 finance professionals and students and previously lectured at the University of Nairobi for four years.

Ephraim holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Nairobi. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Financial Modeler, and a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. His extensive technical expertise and practical industry experience enable him to deliver impactful, hands-on training and consulting solutions.
